Cancellation Policy
We kindly request 48 hours’ notice for order cancellations. Thank you!
Cancellations requested with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund because products may already have been prepared specifically for your order.
Refund Policy
Because our products are fresh and perishable, all food sales are final and we do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. We may ask for a photo or other information to help us understand the issue. We will review the situation and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, credit, or refund.
